You're welcome to read, share and link to the content for your own personal or business use. Please don't:

• copy, republish or sell my content, tools, worksheets, ebooks or framework materials (including the LEAD Well framework) without my written permission, beyond normal quoting with a credit and a link

• use the site in a way that breaks the law, harms the site or other people, or tries to get unauthorised access to it

• use automated tools to scrape or copy the site in bulk

• send anything through the contact or booking forms that is unlawful, abusive or spam

Unless stated otherwise, everything on the site is owned by me or used with permission. That includes text, blog posts, images, logos, downloadable resources, the LEAD Well name and framework, and The Hospitality Handover name and materials.

My articles, videos, free resources, the Leadership Load Assessment and its results are general information, based on my experience of running a hospitality business. They aren't professional, financial, legal, medical or mental health advice, and they aren't a substitute for advice about your own situation.

I work hard to keep the site accurate and up to date, but I can't promise that everything is complete or current. Any results or examples I describe are not a guarantee of what you'll achieve.

Booking a free call or joining a waitlist doesn't commit you, or me, to working together. Programme details shown on the site, including length, format and price, may change before places open. The details agreed in writing when you book are the ones that apply.

The site links to services and sites I don't control, such as ScoreApp, Calendly, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn and Skool. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and I'm not responsible for their content.

I may change, pause or remove any part of the site at any time. I don't promise that the site will always be available or free of errors or viruses. Please use your own virus protection.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Otherwise, I'm not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from relying on its free content. For business users, that includes loss of profit, revenue, business or opportunity.

I may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
