Sorted Founder. Stronger Business.
I help hospitality founders get themselves in order,
so their business stops running them.
The LEAD Well Sprint
If you're running a hospitality business and you're starting to feel like the week is running you rather than the other way around, the LEAD Well Sprint was built for that feeling. It's four weeks of focused one-to-one work, structured around a methodology that was built inside this industry, not borrowed from somewhere else. It's where most people start, and for a lot of founders, it's where things begin to shift.

Hi, nice to meet you…
My name is Trevor and I work with hospitality owners and senior leaders who operate under constant pressure. My focus is helping them lead with clarity, steadiness and control without sacrificing their health, relationships or sense of self. I believe you can build something meaningful and still enjoy your life while doing it.
My work is grounded in lived experience. I spent nearly a decade building and leading a multi award winning restaurant from the ground up, carrying the weight of people, finances and expectations every day. Now I help other founders build the structure and rhythm that keeps them in control of the business rather than the other way around. Because the goal was never just to survive it. It was to build something worth having.
How I Support Leaders
Leadership Calibration
Where pressure gets unpacked
A focused 90 minute conversation designed to slow things down just enough to see what's really going on. We look at where pressure is building, where your focus is being pulled, and what one or two shifts would make the biggest difference right now.
You'll leave with clear perspective and practical next steps you can act on straight away.

Does Any Of This Sound Familiar?
Running a hospitality business puts a specific kind of pressure on the person at the top. Not the kind that shows up in the accounts. The kind that shows up in how you think, how you sleep, and how present you are when you finally get home. If any of the following feel familiar, you're not alone, and more importantly, there's a practical way through it.
Loss Of Identity
Constant Mental Load
Your role has expanded so far that who you are has quietly collapsed into what the business needs.
Even when you’re not working, you’re still carrying decisions, outcomes, and responsibility.
Emotional Isolation
Strained Relationships
You’re still performing at a high level, but it’s being powered by endurance rather than sustainability.
You’re competent and decisive, but always responding, rarely feeling ahead or settled.
The business isn’t failing, but it’s slowly costing you presence, energy, and connection at home.
You’re surrounded by people, but there’s no space to speak honestly about the weight you carry.
Quiet Burnout
Reactive Leadership
I’ve Carried That Weight Myself.
I built Ojo Rojo from scratch with no hospitality background, no safety net, and no roadmap. Over ten years I carried the weight of staff livelihoods, finances, reputation and growth, while quietly losing track of where the business ended and I began. I know what it costs when the structure around you doesn't keep pace with the responsibility you're carrying. That experience is the foundation of everything I do.
Ready To Shift The Weight?
There comes a point in leadership where pushing harder stops being useful, and thinking differently becomes necessary. If you feel like you’re at that point, the next step isn’t a commitment, it’s a conversation. A chance to slow things down, get some perspective, and see whether working together makes sense.
