The Hospitality Handover

Four weeks to stop being the only one who can.

You're probably doing well by most people's measure. The business is running, the team's showing up, the numbers hold. From the outside, everything looks fine.

But nothing happens without you. The rota, the ordering, the comp on table twelve, the supplier who only has your mobile. None of it needs an owner and all of it comes to you, because it's never properly been handed over. You're not in crisis. You just can't leave the building.

That's who The Hospitality Handover is for.

Why this exists, and where it fits

I've been building the LEAD Well methodology for a while now. Not from a textbook, but from ten years inside the industry running my own place, and from watching what that does to people who care about what they do.What I'm building toward is a full 90-day programme. Something longer, deeper, and more comprehensive than anything currently available to hospitality founders. That's what this is building toward.

For a long time I thought the answer was a longer, deeper programme. Something comprehensive. And that's still coming. But the more owners I spoke to, the clearer it got that nobody in this industry has three months to spare before anything changes. They need something to move now.

So The Hospitality Handover is where it starts. Four weeks, in a group of ten, built around the four pillars of LEAD Well. It isn't a taster and it isn't a teaser. It's a real piece of work that changes how your week runs, and it's designed so that what you build in those four weeks is still there a year later.

After it, if you want to keep going, there's The Room. But plenty of people do the four weeks and that's enough. That's fine too.

What the four weeks covers

Week one: Look Inward

Before we change anything, we look at the founder. How are you actually operating under the pressure you carry day to day? Where are your habits and patterns supporting your performance, and where are they quietly working against it? How do you make decisions when things get tight, and what does the business cost you that doesn't show up in the accounts? This is the foundation everything else gets built on.

Week two: Establish Rhythm

This is where we sort out the week. We look at what the business genuinely needs from you, what it's taking that it shouldn't, and who should own what. We use the Weekly Founder Architecture to build a practical structure that accounts for the real demands of running a hospitality business and protects your own capacity before the gaps fill up. Not a fantasy schedule. A real one you can actually hold.

Week three: Align Your Energy

Most founders know what drains them. Very few have a system for doing anything about it. This week we look at where your energy is going, what's taking more than it should, and how to build recovery into the way you work so that performance stops being powered by endurance alone.

Week four: Direct With Clarity

We bring it all together and look at how you lead. How do you show up for your team without becoming the answer to every problem? How do you delegate properly, set clear expectations, and build a business that doesn't depend entirely on your presence? We close with a 90 day plan you can carry forward, whether that continues into the full programme or not.

What’s Included

Four weekly sessions of ninety minutes, in a group of ten independent owners. Weekday daytime, so they sit in the part of your week you can actually protect.

The group between sessions. A WhatsApp thread with the other nine, for the things that come up on a Thursday night that you'd never normally say to anyone.

The hot seat. Every week someone

can share a live problem to the room. Your turn comes round, and the other nine turns are where most of the value is.

Practical tools built from ten years of running a venue, structured around the four pillars of LEAD Well. Every one of them designed to be used with someone else in your business rather than on your own, because the things you do alone don't survive a busy month.

The absence experiment. In week three you go properly unavailable and find out whether the place holds without you. Most owners are surprised.

A clear structure across the four weeks, so you always know where you are, what you're working on, and why.

Who this is for

The Hospitality Handover is for independent owners running one or two sites who are performing but carrying more than they should be. People who've been in the industry long enough to know exactly what they're doing, but who've never had anyone in their corner focused on them rather than on the business or the team.

It's for owners who want something practical rather than abstract. Something built from inside the industry, not generic content dressed up in hospitality language.

And it's for people who'd rather work through it alongside nine others in the same position than sit opposite a consultant on their own. Most owners in this industry have never once said the difficult part out loud to someone who'd recognise it immediately. That turns out to be worth more than anything I say.

If you're looking for someone who's been in it, built something from nothing, made the mistakes, and come out the other side with a method that holds up in real conditions, this might be the right conversation to have.

The investment

£1,000 for the four weeks, paid before the first session.

There are no hidden extras. Everything above is included.

Ten places per cohort. When they're gone, the next one starts the following month.

Let's find out if it's the right fit

I don't think a sales page should be the thing that decides whether we work together. That's what a conversation is for.

If what you've read here has landed, book a call. We'll talk about where you are, what you're carrying, and whether the Sprint is the right next step. No pressure in either direction. If it's not the right fit, I'll tell you.

The door is open. You just have to decide whether to walk through it.

A Final Note

This work is not for everyone.

If you are looking for motivation, quick fixes or someone to tell you to push harder, this is not the right place.

If you are a capable hospitality founder carrying serious responsibility and want to protect both performance and self, you are in the right place.

You carry a lot.

You deserve the right structure and support to carry it well.
