Sensitive information
I don't ask for special category information, such as details about your health. Some people choose to tell me about stress or burnout when they get in touch. If you share that, I'll only use it to reply to you or to support our work together, and I'll treat it with extra care.
I don't sell your information. I don't use it for automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you. The assessment score is calculated automatically, but it's only used to show you your results.
3. Who else handles your information
I use a small number of trusted service providers to run the website and the business. They handle your information on my behalf and are required to protect it:
Squarespace: website hosting, contact forms, the mailing list and website analytics
Google: Google Workspace (business email, calendar and documents), Google Meet (video calls) and Google Analytics (website statistics)
ScoreApp: the assessment and waitlist pages and related emails
Calendly: booking calls
A third-party payment provider (for example Stripe), which handles card payments when you buy services. I don't see or store your full card details
My professional advisers, such as accountants, where needed for tax and accounting
I may also share information if the law requires it.
4. International transfers
Some of my service providers, such as Google, Squarespace, ScoreApp and Calendly, may process personal information outside the UK, including in the United States. Where that happens, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as UK adequacy regulations (including the UK–US data bridge for certified organisations) or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
5. How long I keep your information
Enquiries and contact-form messages: up to 2 years after our last contact.
Mailing list: until you unsubscribe or ask me to remove you. After that, I keep a short suppression record (your email address and the date you unsubscribed) so that I don't email you again by mistake.
ScoreApp assessment results and waitlist sign-ups: up to 2 years.
Call bookings made through Calendly: up to 2 years.
Client records and session notes: 6 years after our work together ends.
Invoices and payment records: 6 years, as required by HMRC.
Analytics data: Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months. Squarespace Analytics data is kept for Squarespace's standard retention period.

Some links on the site take you to other services, such as Calendly for booking a call, ScoreApp for the assessment and waitlist, and YouTube for videos. These services may set their own cookies, which are covered by their own privacy and cookie policies.
You can change your choice at any time by clearing the cookies for trevorhill.uk in your browser, and the banner will ask you again. You can also block cookies in your browser settings, although some parts of the site may not work properly if you do.
