The Room is what happens next. A fixed point in your week, nine other independent owners who are in the same position, and the structures that keep working while you're too busy to think about them.
It isn't more coaching. It's the rhythm that stops the whole thing sliding back the first time you have a difficult month.

our general manager or head chef joins a session of their own, with other second in commands, run confidentially. While you're working out what to let go of, they're working out how to take hold of it. You also log seven numbers about your own week, which takes ninety seconds and builds into the only record anyone will ever show you of what running your place is actually costing you.
A ninety minute call with the other owners in The Room. Same shape every time, so it becomes a fixed point rather than another thing in the diary. There's teaching, and there's a hot seat where one person's live problem goes to the room. Your turn comes round, and the other nine turns are where most of the value is. Between calls there's a group chat for the things that come up on a Thursday night.
You and your number two sit down together for ninety minutes. You list everything in the business that still can't be decided without you, then move three of those things across, with the conditions written down. Not a conversation. A piece of work with a document at the end of it.
