Why this exists, and where it fits

I've been building the LEAD Well methodology for a while now. Not from a textbook, but from years inside the hospitality industry, running a venue, watching what it does to people who care about what they do.

What I'm building toward is a full 90-day programme. Something longer, deeper, and more comprehensive than anything currently available to hospitality founders. That's what this is building toward.

But before it does, I wanted to create a way in. A starting point that's focused, affordable, and grounded in the same methodology the longer programme will be built on.

The LEAD Well Sprint is that starting point. Four weeks of one-to-one work together, structured around the four pillars of LEAD Well. It's not a taster. It's not a teaser. What the four weeks covers

Week one: Look Inward

Before we change anything, we look at the founder. How are you actually operating under the pressure you carry day to day? Where are your habits and patterns supporting your performance, and where are they quietly working against it? How do you make decisions when things get tight, and what does the business cost you that doesn't show up in the accounts? This is the foundation everything else gets built on.

Week two: Establish Rhythm

This is where we sort out the week. We look at what the business genuinely needs from you, what it's taking that it shouldn't, and who should own what. We use the Weekly Founder Architecture to build a practical structure that accounts for the real demands of running a hospitality business and protects your own capacity before the gaps fill up. Not a fantasy schedule. A real one you can actually hold.

Week three: Align Your Energy

Most founders know what drains them. Very few have a system for doing anything about it. This week we look at where your energy is going, what's taking more than it should, and how to build recovery into the way you work so that performance stops being powered by endurance alone.

Week four: Direct With Clarity

We bring it all together and look at how you lead. How do you show up for your team without becoming the answer to every problem? How do you delegate properly, set clear expectations, and build a business that doesn't depend entirely on your presence? We close with a 90 day plan you can carry forward, whether that continues into the full programme or not.
