Why this exists, and where it fits
I've been building the LEAD Well methodology for a while now. Not from a textbook, but from years inside the hospitality industry, running a venue, watching what it does to people who care about what they do.
What I'm building toward is a full 90-day programme. Something longer, deeper, and more comprehensive than anything currently available to independent hospitality founders. That's coming.
But before it does, I wanted to create a way in. A starting point that's focused, affordable, and grounded in the same methodology the longer programme will be built on.
The LEAD Well Sprint is that starting point. Four weeks of one-to-one work together, structured around the four pillars of LEAD Well. It's not a taster. It's not a teaser. What the four weeks covers
Week one: Daily rhythm and energy
This is where we start, because without this, everything else is harder than it needs to be. We look at how you're actually spending your days, where your energy is going, and what a week with more intention built into it could look like for you. Not a fantasy schedule. A real one that takes into account the unpredictability of running a hospitality business.
Week two: Structure and boundaries
Founders in this industry are often carrying things they don't need to carry and haven't stopped long enough to notice. This week we look at how you're structured, what's sitting on your shoulders that doesn't need to be, and how to begin building a version of the business that doesn't require you to be the solution to every problem.
Week three: The inner experience of running this kind of business
This is the week most programmes skip. We go into what it actually feels like to be you right now. The internal patterns, the pressure you absorb, the way you talk to yourself when things go wrong. Not because we need to dwell there, but because you can't build something sustainable on a foundation you haven't looked at properly.
Week four: Sustainable direction and what comes next
We bring everything together and look forward. How do you keep what's working? How do you lead the business without losing yourself in it? And what does the next chapter look like, whether that's continuing into the 90-day programme or simply carrying what you've built here into the months ahead?
