What Levels of Support Do I Offer?
The way I work is deliberately flexible, because leadership pressure is rarely one size fits all. Some people need space and perspective. Others need structure, challenge, and practical reset. That’s why my work ranges in depth and intensity, starting with a Leadership Calibration session. This is a focused 90 minute conversation designed to step back from the noise, assess what’s really going on, and surface the most meaningful levers for change. People typically leave with clarity, practical ideas they can implement immediately, and a better understanding of where their pressure is actually coming from. It’s a standalone session, priced at £200, and often enough to create momentum on its own.
For those who need deeper intervention, there are two more intensive options. The One to One Reset is a four hour leadership pressure intensive, priced at £950, designed to go far beyond surface level insight. This work focuses closely on personal routines, decision load, and the operational realities of the business, identifying specific changes that will reduce strain and restore control. At the highest level, the LEAD Well Advisory Programme is a four week engagement priced at £1,750. This includes 4x60 minute sessions over 4 weeks, structured homework, detailed feedback, and step by step routines tailored to the issues uncovered. It allows us to properly diagnose what’s happening, implement changes gradually, and evaluate what’s working so adjustments can be made in real time.
